As the original owner is known to have been British, it is likely he wrote the date using the UK convention of day/month/year. It appears he wrote 11, then 2, then crossed out 2 and replaced it with 5, then 68. Sadly the programme includes no specific dating evidence. There is a biog/pic of Julie, piece about the history of the making of the movie SO FAR (up to Dec 15th 1967, when film was sent to the lab), with no mention of a premiere date.
