Notes:
A revue "Salute To Beauty", at the Nottingham Empire for the week commencing Aug 10th 1942. "Radio's Canadian Troubadour, Ted Andrews, with Barbara at the Piano", made three separate appearances during the show, and joined the entire company in the finale. As this was during the summer holidays it is quite possible that six-year-old Julie Andrews made an appearance in the finale.
